Are you looking for short, medium or long term storage? We offer clean, dry, secure self storage in the center of Huntly, just off State Highway 1. We are Huntly's only self storage facility and the only self storage facility between Taupiri and Pukekohe.
The storage building is divided into individual lockable units. We have over 17 different sizes, starting from “big cupboard” size and going up to “4 bedroom, 2 lounge house lot” size, so we’re bound to have one to suit your needs. There’s no bond required – we just ask for 2 weeks rent when you move in which gives us time to get your automatic payment up and running, and you can then choose whether you pay weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly, monthly, annually etc. We are happy to work out the storage payments to tie in with your “pay day” or suit your own money flows.
If you are unsure of what size unit you will need to accommodate all your goods we are able to assist. If you tell us exactly what is going into storage we can use our computer programme to calculate the cubic meters you will require. This only takes a couple of minutes and we are happy to do it for you over the phone.

The self storage units have been built inside an existing large, high studded building. This allows for excellent air circulation and an extremely dry environment. The facility is kept clean at all times and there is a regular pest and insect control programme in place. Access to the self storage building in Huntly is by electronic swipe tab only. You may access the building 7 days a week from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm. The entire building is “locked down” overnight for security purposes. The alarms are monitored 24/7 and the building is fitted with surveillance cameras. These cameras are computer controlled and all surveillance is recorded.
We provide trolleys to assist you move heavy items from your vehicle to your self storage unit. Free shelving is also available – please advise your shelving requirements in advance as we prefer to build shelving to meet your individual requirements.
Huntly Self Storage is approved by leading insurers. Don’t forget to tell them that your goods are in an individual self storage unit, the building is fully alarmed, CCTV cameras are in place and the alarm system is monitored 24/7.
